So many of us learned love inside domination: who leads, who submits, whose needs come first, what silence is supposed to mean. Those templates are breaking down faster than we're being taught to replace them, in partnerships, in families, in the way we build community and lead.

This work did not come through study alone. It came through heartbreak, relationships that reflected parts of myself I had not yet faced, and being confronted again and again with the same emotional pain wearing different faces.
For over 20 years, I have devoted myself consciously to healing, self-inquiry, spirituality, emotional liberation, and the remembrance of what it truly means to live in right relationship: with ourselves, with others, with the Earth, and with life itself.
As a 7 of Hearts, known as the Spiritual Love Card, my path has been one of learning that love is not attachment, performance, sacrifice, or control, but a sacred force that asks us to awaken, soften, and return to truth.
This workbook was born from that journey. Not as theory, but as a living transmission gathered through grief, motherhood, devotion, healing, spiritual practice, deep reflection, and the courage to face myself honestly.
I created Revibe as a living community devoted to cultural repair, regeneration, emotional healing, and conscious connection for people who feel called to live differently, beyond disconnection, survival, and the conditioning of modern culture.
My intention is not simply to help people feel better, but to help humanity remember itself. To return to the heart. To restore connection. To heal our relationship with all of life. And to become conscious creators of a more loving and regenerative future together.
