This round of Shedding the Patriarchy, Embracing the Matriarchy will be offered as a live, guided initiation, not just a self-paced course.
We will begin together with a live Opening Circle, where women from around the world gather to:
Set intentions for the journey
Ground the collective field
Connect with one another
Receive orientation and ask questions
This Opening Circle marks the ceremonial beginning of the container and prepares us for the deeper work ahead.

This initiation follows a spiral, feminine rhythm that honors real life, nervous systems, and global time zones.
The journey includes 5 core teaching phases and 2 integration (spiral) weeks for rest, embodiment, and catching up.

I'm Shanika Malcolm , a Medicine Woman, Mother, New Earth Leader, and Spiritual Guide devoted to Love, Healing, Remembrance, and Community.

From early trauma to spiritual awakening, from single motherhood to survival in the wild, from grief to divine purpose.
E very step has been a reclaiming of my voice, my power, and my feminine essence.
I created Shedding the Patriarchy, Embracing the Matriarchy as both a personal offering and a collective invocation.
It was born from the knowing that we, as women, were never meant to do this alone, that healing ourselves is inseparable from healing the planet, that we are the sacred medicine needed in this time.

I’m a mother of three daughters, raising them with intention, freedom, soul & outside the confines of conventional systems. We've world-schooled, healed, and grown together, often living nomadically and guided by Spirit.
Right now, we’re based in Colombia, where I hold sacred space through retreats, ceremonies, and plant medicine. Living close to the Earth and honoring ancestral wisdom is at the core of how I live, mother, and lead.
My vision is to help regenerate the village , to birth intentional communities and healing spaces that support women, families, and the Earth. Shedding the Patriarchy is a seed in that vision. It’s a foundation for those ready to embody matriarchal values and co-create a new way forward.
When women remember their power and lead from wholeness, the world transforms.
