Three days of a sacred dance festival in front of the Caribbean Sea, music moving through the body, salt air on your skin, joy and release without force. Then we deepen: ceremony, nature integration, nervous system regulation, and emotional alchemy practices to ground what’s been awakened. ITINERARY (April 1–8)
Day 1 Arrival
Arrive, settle, and exhale.
We’ll gather for a gentle welcome circle to set intentions and begin grounding into the land, the ocean, and each other.
Day 2 -4 Sacred Dance
Three days of sacred dance in front of the Caribbean Sea. Music moving through the body. Joy, release, activation.
Day 5-7 Deepening
After activation comes integration.
These days focus on ceremony, nervous system tools, emotional alchemy practices, nature immersion, and embodied connection.
Day 8 is closing circle and departure to airport in Santa Marta.

Plan to arrive on April 1 and depart on April 8.
Specific arrival and departure windows will be shared after booking to ensure smooth coordination. You can arrive a day (or few) early or leave later if you want to explore the area more. If you would like to do this, I can provide guidance & recommendations.
Due to the intimate nature of this retreat and limited capacity (8–10 participants), deposits are non-refundable. If you pay in full and due to unforeseen circumstance, you can't attend, the payment can be transferred to a future retreat.
Yes. You do not need prior experience with dance, somatic work, ceremony, or emotional processing. Everything will be guided in a grounded, accessible way. What matters most is your openness and willingness to be present.
