Motherful Colombia is a local expression of a larger matriarchal movement: one that recognizes that when women are supported, families are strengthened, communities become more resilient, and the Earth can begin to heal too.
What We’re Building in Colombia
Our work is practical, healing-centered, and rooted in community.
Healing & Wellness for Women
We provide access to healing and wellness support for women who may not otherwise be able to afford it. This includes offerings such as womb-centered care, vaginal steaming, massage, nutrition education, and other restorative practices that support women’s physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Direct Support & Community Care
We also support mother led families (single moms) through practical resources such as food vouchers, direct cash assistance, and community-based care. A special part of our work includes extending healing, support, and resources to Indigenous women in the region as well.
Food Sovereignty, Nutrition & Garden Education
We have begun a garden project as a living space for learning, nourishment, and reconnection with the Earth. At the root of this work is food sovereignty: helping women, mothers, and families reconnect with the land, grow food, learn ecological principles, and remember more regenerative ways of living.
Every contribution helps us put real care, healing, and practical support into the hands of Mother led households .
